CoinStudy is not financial, investment, legal, or religious advice. Cryptocurrency is volatile and high-risk. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified scholar and a licensed financial advisor before making decisions.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. If you need investment advice, consult a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.
The CoinStudy Halal Crypto Standard (HCS) is a research methodology designed to help Muslim investors think systematically about Sharia compliance in crypto. It is not a fatwa and does not replace the judgement of a qualified Islamic scholar (mufti) ruling on your personal circumstances.
HCS combines a red-line screening layer with a weighted score across seven principles (Riba, Gharar, Maysir, Underlying Business, Utility, Tokenomics, Transparency). The framework is open to refinement; reasonable scholars may disagree on inputs and weights. Where doubt exists, consult a scholar you trust.
Cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile. You can lose your entire investment. Risks include but are not limited to:
Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

The single most important step before any crypto transaction is your own due diligence. Read the project's whitepaper and audits, review the team, understand the tokenomics, and seek a scholar's ruling for your personal situation. CoinStudy is a starting point — not the final word.
